Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. (Some banks may take longer to post the refund.)
Exchange Policy
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will happily exchange it for the correct product or a new one.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items
For customer satisfaction, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Items that are returned after the 30-day return window has passed.
Sale items (unless defective).
If you received the correct size, but it does not fit you, we offer discounted pricing on a reorder for the correct size.
NOTE: We do not accept free returns or exchanges if the customer just does not like the product.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation between 24 hours and 4 days: 25% of the order amount will be retained.
Cancellation after 4 days: 50% of the order amount will be retained.
Once the order has shipped: Cancellation is no longer possible.
