All orders are processed and delivered within the timeframe stated below. In case of high volume of orders, shipments may get delayed by a few days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Order Cut-off Time:

The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (CST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Import Duties and Taxes

Taxes and import duties are to be paid by the customers themselves. These taxes and import duties are variable according to the country the product is being imported to and will be paid by the customers.

We mark all packages as gifts and offer free shipping to reduce potential customs fees. However, if your country’s customs department applies any charges, those will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Confirmation Notice

Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order receipt and details. If you don’t receive this notification, please contact our customer service team.

Order Tracking

We provide a tracking number for each order. You can track your package using that number on the carrier’s website. We usually use DHL, FedEx, or USPS to ship your products. Your courier service details and your order tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders on time, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, incorrect delivery information, additional quality checks, carrier operational delays, customs holds, order modifications, or other unexpected events.

Please ensure the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been shipped

At Washington Jackets, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we make the process easy and fair — as long as it’s done within the allowed timeframe.

Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed for a full refund, no questions asked.

• After 24 hours, your order is forwarded to our production and shipping teams, and we can no longer cancel or modify it.
  
  This policy ensures your jacket is prepared, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining efficient processing.

Refund Method

• Approved cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order within the 24-hour window:

1. Email sales@washingtonjackets.com with your order number and a subject line: “Order Cancellation Request.”

2. If the request is made within 24 hours, our support team will confirm the cancellation and refund.

3. If more than 24 hours have passed, we’ll inform you whether the item has already shipped or entered production. In that case, the order cannot be cancelled but may still qualify for return if defective (see our Return Policy).

Late or Duplicate Orders

• If you accidentally placed duplicate orders, contact us immediately at sales@washingtonjackets.com — we’ll cancel the extra order if it’s still within the 24-hour window.

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or intercepted.

At Washington Jackets, every jacket is inspected carefully before it leaves our facility. We want your experience to be worry-free, so we make this process simple and transparent.

Return and Exchange Policy:

If your order isn’t quite right — such as a size mismatch or a noticeable difference in design or color — you can request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your product.

We only accept returns for defective items.

Return/Refund & Exchange Eligibility:

You’re eligible for a refund or exchange if:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and all tags are attached.

• There are no alterations made by the customer.

• You reach out within 24 hours in case of valid complaints (e.g., wrong item, major defects).

You’re not eligible for a refund or exchange if:

• You ordered multiple similar items in different sizes just to try them on.

• The product was custom-made or personalized.

• The tags/labels are removed.

• The request is due to a change of mind, accidental order, or made after 30 days.

If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange it with the correct one. The new item will be shipped free of product charge, and you’ll only need to cover the postage cost, depending on the item’s weight and size.

How to Start a Return

1. Email sales@washingtonjackets.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue.

2. Our team will review your request within one business day.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Cost

• The initial shipping cost, even though we offer free delivery (as it still costs us to ship).

Refunds
